• Free previews: Stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Purchased HD photos: Stored permanently in your account (never expire unless you delete them)
• Original uploads: Automatically deleted immediately after AI processing completes

2.2 Account Information and Authentication

You can create an account using:

• Email and Password: We store your email and encrypted password
• Social Login (OAuth): Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn
  • We receive: email, name, and profile picture from your chosen provider
  • We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your login session
  • We do NOT access your social media posts, friends, or other private data
  • Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data shared with us

If you link multiple login methods to the same email address, they will be merged into a single account.

2.3 Payment Information

When you purchase HD downloads, payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We only receive transaction confirmations and purchase records.

We NEVER use your uploaded photos or generated images to train our AI models or for any other purpose beyond generating your professional headshots.

Your photos are processed using third-party AI services (Replicate.com with InstantID technology) solely for the purpose of generating your professional headshots. These services are bound by strict data processing agreements that prohibit the use of your data for model training.

5.1 Storage Location

Your photos are securely stored on Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible object storage) with enterprise-grade security and encryption.

5.2 Data Retention

• Original uploads: Deleted immediately after AI processing is complete
• Free preview photos: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Purchased HD photos: Kept permanently in your account unless you delete them
• Account data: Retained until you delete your account

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure authentication via Clerk

6.1 Social Sharing Features

Our service includes social sharing features that allow you to share your generated photos on various platforms including WhatsApp, iMessage, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Xing, TikTok, WeChat, and RedNote (小红书).

6.2 Asset Protection

IMPORTANT: All social sharing links use preview (watermarked, lower resolution) versions of your photos, regardless of whether you have purchased HD downloads.

This protects your purchased HD photos from unauthorized distribution. When you share a photo link:

• The shared link always points to the preview version (400px, watermarked)
• Your original HD photos (2400px) remain private and accessible only in your account
• This prevents others from downloading your high-resolution paid content

6.3 Shared Link Privacy

When you share a photo via social platforms, the preview URL becomes accessible to anyone with the link. We recommend only sharing photos you are comfortable making semi-public.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Replicate: AI model processing (InstantID and CodeFormer technology)
